Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Atricaruil, we aim to deliver high-quality education and services. We understand that situations may change, so we offer a transparent refund and cancellation policy in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Course Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your enrolment in a course or service, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. You may be eligible for:
- A full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees (up to $25), if cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
- A 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the start date.
- No refund for cancellations made after the course has commenced.
2. Course Cancellations by Atricaruil
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrolments or instructor unavailability. In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund
- Or the option to transfer your booking to a future session
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Special Consideration
If you are unable to attend due to serious personal circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), we may consider a refund or credit on compassionate grounds. Supporting documentation may be required.

6. Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement in the case of a major failure with a service provided.
